D-Star One, Reborn!

The amateur radio satellite D-Star One was lost on November 28, 2017 when the launch vehicle failed to achieve orbit, but the team have assembled a replacement which should launch February 1.

On January 10 it was announced that the team had completed the assembly and checks on the new satellite. On February 1 it should launch on a Soyuz-2/Fregat from the Vostochny launch site.
